The SMT assembly of today’s circuit boards for complex prototypes or small and medium series requires professional solutions to ensure the required quality of the boards. That’s why we work with the state-of-the-art EXPERT line from ESSEMTEC® for the semi- and fully-automatic assembly process.

We use three different SMT placement machines. This enables us to smoothly handle several projects running in parallel. This means we can respond flexibly to your short-term requests and promise you on-time processing.

Processing of components up to design 01005

We also process components that are barely visible to the naked eye up to design 01005 with the highest precision. When soldering, we use the finest-grained solder paste, which prevents unwanted contact between the soldering points.
