KG offers you high-performance mixed assembly, enabling you to manufacture prototypes, small to medium series, and complex individual assemblies economically and reliably – all from a single source, with proven quality standards.

Our mixed assembly combines surface-mounted SMD components and through-hole THT components on a printed circuit board – single-sided or double-sided. Processing is carried out using modern automatic assembly machines under controlled ESD protection conditions, with reflow soldering for SMDs and wave soldering for THT components.
